Terms & Conditions
GENERALThe Seller is Alphabet Zoo Creations. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy Goods from the Seller. Goods means any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sale supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of State of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion, and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion, no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the seller.
FORCE MAJEUREAlphabet Zoo Creations will not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay or non-performance directly or indirectly due to any cause beyond Alphabet Zoo Creations reasonable control including without limitation lack of adequate instructions from the Buyer, Governmental regulations or requirements, Acts of God, unavailability of materials, work stoppages, strikes, slowdowns, boycotts or other industrial action and in such case may wholly or partially suspend shipment of Goods.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThis agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales whose courts are the courts of exclusive jurisdiction. This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods or any other similar convention or laws, the application of which are expressly excluded.
MAKING A PURCHASEMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site and select the product(s) you want to be added to the shopping cart. Payment for the items you order is taken at the time that you checkout. This will also include delivery costs and postage and packing. Credit card numbers are not held on this website. A credit or debit card number will be requested only on the secure (SSL) area of our Payment Service Provider.
DELIVERYI undertake to dispatch all orders within 7 days (often much sooner than this). If you need a special delivery date, I offer an Express Service. Normally, unframed pictures and party invitations are sent via Royal Mail – 1st class letter post for UK destinations and airmail for Europe and International. Framed pictures (UK only) are sent by Parcel force. Express delivery on all products to UK addresses should take 3 working days (i.e. you should receive your goods 3 days after you first placed your order), and items will need to be signed for; deliveries outside the UK are by Airsure - goods are given priority flights and can be tracked, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please contact me to ensure that any special needs can be catered for.
RETURNSAlthough I aim to send all orders promptly and in perfect condition, I recognise that very occasionally mistakes can occur and that packages can be damaged in transit. If you have a complaint about an order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt (and before returning any items), and I will do my best to rectify the problem.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUYIf you would like to buy a name painting but are not sure if you will like the finished design, I am happy to email you a thumbnail picture. Please fill in the try before you buy form on the products page and I will send you the thumbnail within 48 hours.
